      Before the acquisition, Endicia was a company that focused on people - customers, partners and employees.

      Cons

      After the acquisition, the company is now used as a means of meeting earnings forecasts.

      Great executive team Cared about employees but expected results Personable Looked for feedback from employees and listened and if made sense would make the changes

      Bought out by Stamps.com Stamps forcing layoffs Looks like they are dismantling Endicia, they have the technology now. Stamps does not recognize the great employees they have at Endicia and removing the family friendly atmosphere, and going for numbers numbers numbers, even though prior to purchase Endicia was very successful. CTO /Founder left the company
