      Pros

      The leadership. The passion for customers and employees. The coworkers. Great people who know how to have fun. The location; lots of restaurants within walking distance.

      Cons

      Stamps.com acquisition. Based on their actions and attitude, they bought Endicia to acquire the technology and customer base. They don't care about the employees who created said technology and customer base. Shady practices. Look them up. Press releases and customer reviews speak to how they (don't) value their customers.

      Pros

      Management was exceptional and wanted to ensure everyone had a goal in place of where they wanted to be. Sales and Marketing worked well together and this was the reason for the great numbers and success; which is why Stamps.com bought Endicia.

      Cons

      Stamps.com bought Endicia and all hell broke loose. Layoffs, everything was money, money, money. Culture is shot. Everyone is walking on edge with fear they are the next to get layed off. The honestly which was once there is there, but candy coated. The entire team of sales is on plan for various reasons and the heavy hitters that were once there are gone due to leaving before things really get ugly.
