      Extremely family oriented company. HQ has a great open feel and everyone is extremely friendly and no dress code (for the most part). Lots of talented colleagues and low turnover

      Cons

      Growing too fast and culture is getting diluted by Newell. Get back to your employees. Pay is below national average. Favoritism is getting to that point.

      If I can get one person to think twice about applying to this stressful sweatshop then mission accomplished! Picture a slave ship where you are in the bowels of the ship and you are chained to the oar. You are constantly whipping you to row harder. Well, you get the idea when you are trying to meet the daily # of calls and leads passed. Unattainable #'s. 100% Cold calls! That's right you read right 100% Cold calls! You will be terminated if you question her. She is condescending and just not a nice person. who likes to work in fear? YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE!
