      Pros

      Endicia WAS a great place to work before Stamps.com acquisition. Of the remaining Endicia-originals, most are great. However, avoid Sales; poor leadership and unattainable goals.

      Cons

      Stamps killed Endicia culture. A lot of good, smart people left. Including the founder. To be clear, there is no more Endicia, Stamps.com and Endicia are the same company and Stamps is running the show.

      Great team, work environment & work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management, especially new management after the Stamps.com acqusition and current employees merely satisfied with the status quo. This company lost its soul.
