      Pros

      Despite the recent shift in owner, the employees at endicia still create a great culture to work in.

      Cons

      Some of the products produce are pretty out dated, and either some major changes will need to happen or it may be difficult for the company to grow

      -relaxed work environment, flexible hours, and work from home opportunties that *were* part of the endicia culture that resulted in high productivity -friendly people -fun work environment -innovative company

      Cons

      -endicia culture is being replaced by a controlling Stamps.com culture (new owner) -endicia appears to be in its final death throes -cons for Stamps.com: -adheres to hierarchy - small company with a big company mentallity (don't talk to upper management, know your place and stick to it). - rigid management style = low productivity per capita - does not fit silicon valley culture = low productivity per capita - not an innovative company - cutlure and work environment dominated by a few "personalities" - no regard for work/life balance of their employees.. you are their slave.
