Great management at all levels with a positive work environment and phenomenal potential for personal, professional, and organizational growth.

Cons

Company is still feeling some of the financial effects from delaying Nellix. However this has been taken care of and there is a great path laid our for short, mid, and long term success.

Smart people, good culture, interesting work and competitive pay & benefits

Cons

The company is going through a lot of changes. The cultural paradigm is evolving also to address industry changes. Operating models that were set up from small company days are not scaling. Fix broken processes instead of throwing more people at it.
