Pros

Family oriented environment. Supervisors are well rounded and understanding. Vacation and sick hours are good and the benefits are great.

Cons

New Management surpress production line. They demand more to reach their goals, but is very tight with promotions and no rewards what so ever to the team.

Sr. Management, open door policy, pay, culture and work-life balance. Great location and modern office space. Internal support when you need help.

Cons

Sometimes it can be very stressful due to a technicality but expected considering lives are at stake.

Endologix is going today through some rocky times, but this is a very solid company with great products and a strong R&D pipeline. Leadership is committed to making hard decisions, always putting the patient first. This is a company that is revolutionizing an industry and is definitely going places. Awesome people drawn from within the game industry and selectively from best practice organizations.

Cons

Recently we have had some regulatory delays. It caused short-term belt-tightening, but the vision and pathway to market leadership remains clear.
