Good company, but toxic management

Pros

teams are working well together, with dedication and professionalism. we are also supporting each other to achieve goals and objectives. Good relationship with customers. Products are good if used correctly and really innovative

Cons

Politics is the king, and it is more important to please management than deliver results. the C level is putting a lot of pressure without realising what is really happening in the market and they keep selling a dream they are not able to deliver. CFO only interested in money without understanding the business and the implications on patients. Micro-management is the standard, leaders prefer to spend their time looking at irrelevant details to show they exist rather then taking meaningful decisions. Expect negative consequences / mobbing if you disagree . (even this review might cost me my job) Expect to work around the clock with no recognition or respect for your private life / family Unethical behaviours are promoted by high management, fortunately employees do not always follow and do the right thing for patients and doctors. No career opportunities, unless you are part of the former Trivascular group (then every door is open despite your qualities)

No GO!

Pros

Maybe a good school for junior profiles

Cons

I would strongly advise anyone considering working at this company to think twice. The work environment is extremely toxic, with no regard for employee well-being or morale. There are absolutely no opportunities for career growth or professional development, leaving employees feeling stagnant and undervalued. The top management is utterly unqualified and lacks the necessary skills to lead effectively. Their poor decision-making and lack of vision create constant chaos and frustration across all levels of the organization. Constructive feedback is either ignored or met with hostility, making it impossible to foster any meaningful change.
