Pros

Technology was good AFX2 really great product, Nellix really cool concept, yet not finalised yet. Colleagues are nice (peers)

Cons

Leadership: lacking and focused on their own career Finance leaders: lacking integrity and really arrogant (while not performing well... look at the stock options!!!) Focus on Ovation, which is a nice product but not as good as AFX or innovative as Nellix Long hours and never a thank you... horrible culture
