Cons

- Little trust - Middle and upper level personnel are just mean and backstabbing and vindictive - Unrealistic and expectations. Want perfection while micro-managing.

Pros

Friendly people (non managers), and decent facility. It used to be collaborative and a good team, but a lot of incompetent people have taken the places of those they gutted out.

Cons

There is almost no guidance or vision in this company. The mentality is to throw you in the water and see if you sink or swim. While this may have worked in a previous generation, it is unsustainable especially when so many people leave the company and hardly anyone comes in. Employees need to feel empowered and feel pride in what they do for them to stay. Working here feels like you ran in circles all day and made no progress. In the end, you are exhausted and have nothing to show for it. Managers play petty games. One of my bosses (I've had 4 in the past year) even placed bets with another manager about his employees and tried to convince us to do certain things just to win his bets. The management and VPs only talk to their favorites so they get a very skewed opinion of how it really is around here. Thus, making bad decisions and pushing out good people.
