Pros

No Pros. It had pros not anymore

Cons

Constant org chart change, every 6 months, poorly managed company. Very poor leaders, people in management have no experience. They keep breaking down teams and like to divide and conquer. They make decisions in sialo without involving the subject matter experts. Its a sinking company. All good people have left. Stock keeps falling. They do not value employees or people with experience. If you have no experience this company will value you

Pros and Cons for Endologix

Pros

- Company strives to be the innovation leader among companies making products to treat aortic aneurysms - Ability to learn about multiple product platforms designed to treat aortic aneurysms - High value placed on customer relations leading to many opportunities to understand the real customer needs. Multiple groups of physicians, both domestic and international, visit the campus every month. - Many opportunities to make improvements to existing procedures and processes. Many people here still have a lot to learn within their functions. - Many people are hardworking and passionate about making products to help people.

Cons

- Too many organizational structure changes. Many employees are assigned to a new manager almost every year and in some cases more frequently. - Promotions are not always merit based. - Recognition of teams and individuals for achieving significant milestones is often nonexistent depending on the senior management over the project, budget constraints, or recent news - Company is still figuring out how to work across two sites, Irvine and Santa Rosa, and has been for over a year, which has led to inefficiencies in management and product development. Changing the Product Development Process twice within the last two years is also a significant contributor to project delays.
