Nice Facility, on-site cafe, gym. Good employees who work hard.

Cons

CEO is in over his head, at a time when the company needs leadership. He has the Trivascular team running the place who couldn't make it on their own and was about to go under before Endologix bought them. Soon the HQ will be in Santa Rosa

The comp plan for sales is crazy. You can make a lot

Cons

The Prodcut sucks a lot. Really bad long term graft hard to use. Now we have a second pile of crap to sell in Ovation. I don't understand what VPs do. Don't see any impact in field. Clinical selling is a thought in reality what's best for bottom line matters.
