My Time here at Endsight

The company culture at Endsight was a total culture shock to me. Coming from the DC area and having worked in finance, being here has shown me an entirely different viewpoint on how a company can be run. I am constantly encouraged and supported by my manager and team. The people here genuinely want to see you succeed and help you grow, but they will not do the job for you. The trainings provided for the Sales team are really helpful and give insight to the psychology of a different type of Sales process. On the sales team we have a weekly Monday team meeting in the morning to kick off the week and then small huddles at the end of most days. I find that these help me stay focused and on track towards my goals and allows me to vent frustrations of the day or week. You are encouraged to be the best version of yourself you can be here and that is something rare and difficult to come by.

Cons

Sometimes the work that I am doing can be incredibly draining but that goes along with being in sales. In the beginning there is always a constant weight pushing against you to gain traction and days can become monotonous.
