      Management needs to communicate better.

      Pros

      Good pay for the area. Work, for the most part, is relatively easy.

      Cons

      Communication between departments is horrible. Scheduling doesn't seem to be very well coordinated, no common sense when it comes to making sure equipment is in shape to run non-stop. Frequent mechanical failures and no desire to spend money to repair properly or replace outdated equipment.

      How some people keep their jobs is a mystery. Lazy, immature, incompetent middle management with very few exceptions.
