      Pays well for the area

      Cons

      They want your entire life to be devoted to the company, on and off the clock. There is no work-life balance whatsoever. You exist solely to work when they want you to, which is literally every day. It is not unusual to work a month straight with no days off. Constant pressure from an incompetent managerial team. You will not be treated like a person and you'll be made to feel ungrateful for wanting to see your family or rest your body after hard manual labor.

      Pay is good for this area

      Cons

      Haven't had a raise since 2019. Treat people terribly. Let you know on a daily basis that you are replicable, then ask you to help them find people to work there because no one in this area wants to because of their reputation for how they treat people
