There is no boss/supervisor attitude, the company have trust on you. Very organised generally, always there is someone to answer your question. Working from home mentality mostly

Because it is a multinational company, the put the same rules for all the countries, even though there are not the same conditions everywhere. Very very strict regarding HSE issues especially for projects. Have many employees who are in the company for 15-20years, without any control on them , many times create more poblems to the projects than the solve-if they ever solve a problem
