Management. No bonus structures for anyone who isnt `rentable`. Predominately male workforce, questionable behaviours that werent taken seriously and no follow up. Management didnt have any raise structures in place so you had to get an offer from the outside to finally notice that they were going to lose someone. They lost alot of knowledgeable and experienced employees, turn over rate was high. All upper management jumped ship right after covid.
