I love the work life balance in the company I get to spend a lot more time with my family. You have the freedom to be innovative in my working environment. Management is flexible when taking leave No micro-management, you are responsible for your job Enercon is open to new Ideas

Cons

Social life culture is a bit difficult, employee culture needs a boost.

Pros

Most of the people I worked with at Enercon were great.

Cons

This company doesn't care about their employees, they pay way less than average (which in my experience is typical for out of state employees who have offices in CA), and there is very little room for professional growth, especially for administrative staff.
