      Nice office downtown Flexible hours I honestly don't like anything else about this place to be honest, even the coffee is terrible

      Practically no on-boarding No proper training of employees No standard operating procedures set in place, no reference point for new or contractual employees No team work/effort Everyone is out to blame everyone else for errors Too many divas

      1. Pay on time and flexible on vacation

      1.No salary increase after 10 years devotion. Injuries are the most prize you can get. 2.The training from local is really poor. Why cancel training from Gemeny. 3. What do H&S officer contribute? 4. Why office guys keep pushing us to work unsafe to reach their performance target. They get all the bonus. We got nothing but exhaust mind and body…sigh
