Pros

job is not stressed, this is the only positive thing.

Cons

Worst management I ever seen, if you need some official paper from management about your current position in company, this can last a weeks. Always delayed to pay salary, they always pay it on last day before which they should stay pay penalty. NO bonuses, NO stocks, they try to do in office everything in cheapest way. definitely if you looking for long term jobs, don't go to EGS.

Pros

Not stressed job, no need to stay at the office at night. Standard working hours 10 a.m.-7 p.m. From year to year management tries to improve life of developers by small steps. They try but not often manage. A lot of business trips. Yoga/language courses for employers. A lot of cleaning ladies, it's a clean place.

Cons

Salary should be increased every year, but it is a headache, that process can be extended to +2 months. Salaries are increased if developer signs a contract for a year, in case if he decides to leave the company during a year, intimidation by director starts. If you don't sign the contract for a year, your salary will not increase. No bonuses. No stocks. Very small referral bonuses.
