Pros
Office is clean. They pay much higher salary then other companies, but this is where the trap is hidden.
Cons
The management is absolutely hysterical and they never listen to employee and never care of the persons. They are just blinded by the money. The HR team has no impact on anything. I haven't seen any other company where HR is just a bunch of people sitting and doing absolutely nothing. It's not a company to grow professionally. But you can get better of drinking coffee. You will never get a correct document from them from the first time. You can never easily talk to friend because they record everything and they watch and listen periodically. It's like a jail if you need to bring your child to office for an hour they won't let you. And you will never easily quit the job there. They will massively chantage you try to morally break and will try to destroy your reputation for all the employees and your colleagues from offshore teams and no matter how good you were and how much value you gave the company. And if you succeeded to quit the job they will never give you a single document stating you worked there, of course until you go to the court.
