Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Work/life balance - Work from home (USA based workers)

Cons

Genuinely there is no direction for this company. No structure either. They have been laying off workers because of the Dexi acquisition which was a little bit of a blunder because of the financial problems that came with it. When laying off they go for the good workers as well. Management is a total mess. Obviously when trying to climb the corporate ladder one has to “kiss butt”, but it takes a whole new stride at Engage3. Seems that no matter how hard one works if you don’t agree with whatever management says you will not see growth. The funniest fact about this company is that they still consider themselves a start up even though they have been around since 2008, makes no sense. For any new college graduates, beware of this company. They are very predatorial as they know recent college graduates can be desperate for a job, because of this they will give you an extremely low offer but try and counter that by saying how their is room for growth as well as opportunities for promotions (which with the current financial issues they were having beginning 2023 is just a tactic to get you to join the company). Lastly, management genuinely doesn’t seem to know what is going on either half of the time. Since so many people have been getting laid off or leaving, projects and tasks are assigned to new workers. Because of this it can get confusing as there are often updates to engage3 software and tech stacks. Countless times me and my colleagues would ask management for instructions on how to do a new task yet they themselves would not know how to do it either and redirect us somewhere else.

Pros

Lots of growth and opportunities to learn. Generally good people that care and want to push forward collaboratively.

Cons

Outside of a few, leadership is severely lacking. Company culture has a long way to go.
