Pros

If you have a new idea that might create value, you're encouraged to pursue it. It's a high growth environment, so many opportunities to step up and pitch in across many different areas to prove your potential.

Cons

Have said they look forward to prioritizing work-life balance in the future but that we are not there yet.

Thank you for the feedback! We'll take a look at how we can improve on our documentation and offer more training development support to the team. This year, we're excited about the SQL training program we've been piloting and the Engage3 Employee Certification Program that we've launched. Looking forward to scaling these and additional programs.

Pros

Great work life balance and pay was not bad.

Cons

Manager never follows up with our team and cancels 90% of our meetings so communication is not great. A lot of the times we work on projects and they would go to waste because the manager just forgets about it (he seems very lazy). I wanted to do and be more but you can't force a manager to put in necessary efforts and have a healthy work relationship with the team. overall its disappointing and did feel like I am wasting my time. also, upper management is a bit bizarre and rude when it comes to wanting to ask questions so you can perform better. It is almost forbidden to get ahold of one of the executives because he is too good to talk to you. I dislike to say these things about people I have worked with, but it is nothing but the truth. I hope management is able to get better training so teams can meet their goals and quota and feel like their hard work is valued. Keep in mind, this is for the team based in california and not the newer management that I am not a part of.

We're sorry you've had a less-than-stellar experience with your manager. We've begun rolling out manager training programs to make sure that our managers are better supported. We also appreciate and welcome your on-going feedback directly to your manager or to People Operations so we can ensure we're learning and improving over time.
