Pros

Won’t be micro managed, because no one knows what is going on anyway.

Cons

Fun story- they had to remove “accountability” from their core values because they kept getting called out for never holding anyone accountable for anything. E3 is extremely disorganized, lost, and has no one with leadership skills. The management team derives their sense of self worth from how busy they are with work, which doesn’t mean that they are good at their jobs, only that they feel they need to be working all of the time. WLB is just not how they operate. Despite all of this “work” going on the company is a mess, fails every single day at things, and has no plan in place or the discipline to improve. They are simply incompetent. And I don’t mean that rudely (because they are nice people) but I mean it literally… they are so, so bad at their jobs and they just don’t know how to do them. Includes CEO, perhaps most of all. E3 must have set some sort of record for how long they claimed to be a startup… like after 8, 10, 12 years…? They also claim to be a software company. They are not. Don‘t fall for this. They collect grocery price tag amounts and they are really, really bad at it.

We're proud of our average employee tenure, our customer retention rate, and our industry accolades from internationally recognized 3rd party organizations. Although we disagree with many of the comments here, we need to look at how we can improve. To that end, we will take a look at how we can ensure that our manager and leaders are more accessible to receive feedback and advice from the team. Thanks!

Pros

Since we were acquired by E3, communication and transparency has become a lot better. Also more of a focus on the customer and employees than before. Glad to have a more complete offering now with the two companies coming together.

Cons

Work life balance is not part of the culture of E3 but at least they are honest and up front about that. Good to work with people who are passionate about what they do.
