Pros

I started at Enghouse this year, and it's been a good experience so far. I enjoy the flexible schedule and the open door policy with my manager. The benefits and vacation are comparable to previous roles with other companies.

Cons

Working in a large company that operates globally can be challenging at times. It's not always apparent who is responsible for what and can slow down progress on a project.
