This is a company for people who do not want to grow and just get a paid without any growth

Cons

There is no capability with management and there is no carrier growth working in this company .

- Good work/life balance, usually no overtime required - Annual golf tournament - Coworkers are good to work with

- There is no emphasis on personal growth - Company grows by acquisition only - No sense of team effort or corporate culture - No annual bonus or reward system
