not too many pros. you get paid on time

Cons

Company does not invest in employees neither in companies they acquire. They just look for revenue without having a vision for the future .

This is something that we are very open about and we feel this is the best way for Enghouse to have a strong future. While we are sorry to hear that you feel that Enghouse does not invest in their employees, we feel differently. We build very thorough onboarding plans, we conduct annual performance reviews with all of our employees that discuss career growth opportunities and we have a tuition reimbursement program to support the ongoing education of our employees. If there are areas where you feel we can improve on our training offerings, HR would love to hear from you.

Pros

Work from Home options, but that is disappearing. Work life balance exists. But being from area they start to have you come in office.

Cons

Management and Leadership are not willing to teach. Do not invest in employees.

Thanks for your feedback! While it’s true that some teams are asking members to return to office, most are coming in for no more than 3 days a week. The number of days a team needs to be in the office is reflective of the role and team structure. If there are training opportunities that you are interested in, please speak with HR. We continue to invest more resources in building out training for the company and Enghouse has a tuition reimbursement program that’s open to all employees.

Great co-workers with a lot of dedicated frontline employees

Cons

The president and the HR executives are not living the corporate values. The inside story on the HR group is that the H should be removed as no Human recognition on this company
