We genuinely appreciate your feedback. It's wonderful to hear that you're experiencing a fulfilling work-life balance here at our company. We run annual performance reviews, so if your manager is not discussing your performance with you, that’s concerning to us. While it’s true that bonus plans are not widely offered, we are very transparent about this fact.

Encouraging autonomy is indeed a cornerstone of our approach at Enghouse, and we're proud to offer an environment where it's valued. We do have an RRSP program set up for employees, but we do not match contributions. We are very transparent about our compensation packages during our recruitment process to ensure that new hires understand their earning capacity.
