To experience what nepotism does to the US first hand.
Cons
Owner lacks understanding of equality, and treats people poorly. Seeks enthusiasm while emotionally and verbally failing to provide this for his employees. It’s a bullying and competitive culture. Seems to be permitted by private equity partners.

Your coworkers are amazing, you must treasure them for they will always be ready to assist.
Cons
You will be thrown under the bus by the CEO in many ways, and whenever he gets involved in one of your projects it becomes many times more challenging to complete.
