Pros

Friendly people, company wants to engage with its employees, lots of events. Will match market salaries. Depending on how you look at it, the 7-4 workday is pretty great once you get use to it. The company tackles its issues head on and does invest in its proactive employees. Most people are hardworking and wants everyone to succeed. Overall, a great place to work.

Cons

Accrued vacation, upper management/executives are all white, LDS males (not bad people at all, they just lack diversity and it sort of sets a weird vibe for the company).

Pros

There are a lot of nice smart people who you work with. All of upper management and about half of the lower level management are extremely dishonest and will throw you under the bus for anything. Depending on how you look at this you stand 50/50 chance of getting a supervisor who genuinely cares about your growth and well being. Finally free soda in the lunch room.

Cons

Management will pick and choose for no reason who they want to succeed or not by providing them with house accounts other people don't have access to. Unreasonable amounts of cold call irrelevant lists of leads to companies who have zero need desire or interest in shipping. When I say cold calls I mean frozen underground in Siberia because the marketing team does not and possibly is not equipped to do what they are supposed to. The most outrageous and expensive health care and benefits package of any where I have heard or seen. Zero flexibility with schedule you have to be there at 7 although you can stay later. This is just scraping the surface of really went into everything that goes on here this would be pages long. Finally all the 5 star reviews written on here using crazy words terms and expressions you would never use these are posted on here by England Themselves. They ask other members of management or if you are one of the chosen employees that was given an account to come to this sight and leave a positive review to make up for the all the negative that goes on here.

Pros

Weekly paycheck, casual dress code, you don't take work home with you, 401k match at 50% up to 6%. It beats unemployment.

Cons

You will loose brain cells doing this boring, monotonous job. Sitting in a cubical making calls, getting hung up on or getting voicemail. Manager who can't help you become successful, the tone of the office is depressing. Everyone is trying to find a new job. Mgr has no clue on how to motivate staff. Offers ridiculous incentives to get results versus dealing with the real issues and really getting to understand staff and their personal/professional needs that will help everyone. Base pay is a bit low.
