Pros

England is a very fun place to work. The culture is lively and upbeat. The company holds weekly rallies in teams and companywide. England puts a lot of effort into developing their employees, the sales experience and knowledge I've gained is first class. The work is hard but you can always look forward to a company event or something fun from management.

Cons

The benefits and retirement are sub-par. and the turnover is really high due to the stress of sales pressure. You can make good money at England but it's very dependent on your ability to sell. The coaches strive to help every salesperson but the quality of your coach can greatly vary from team to team.

Overall, I believe the leadership does a great job creating a positive work atmosphere. I Think they are genuinely interested in the success of the employees. Great people, great culture.

Cons

Support teams get no love. Sales reps have a nice career path but the rest of the company is an afterthought (not to knock the Sales team, they're working hard) Benefits are average at best - Healthcare is nothing special, maternity leave is low, paternity leave is non-existent PTO is average Poor investment in technology
