      Pros

      -Uncapped commissions are nice and motivate you to perform well -Weekly pay -Good training program -Occasional food (donuts, bagels, pizza, etc)

      Cons

      -Limited PTO (2 weeks for your first FIVE years, yes you read that right) -You don't get some holidays off, like Christmas Eve, New Years Eve -Weirdly specific micromanagement (you have to PROVE you're sick with a doctor's note if you get sick following a vacation day) -Health insurance plans are expensive

      Room to grow and love my coworkers and team activities

      Cons

      they leave a lot out, they wont fill you in on things going around and they also need more training after. The trainer is great but you forget a lot once you're on the floor.
