      -The Culture at EL is amazing. -Fitness room -Game room -Growth opportunity and Management support is available. -Give back with campaigns like The One Initiative to help our community.

      This Industry is not for everyone the possibility of burnout is HIGH for those who are committed and determined to succeed. Be aware of your personal mental needs and make it your priority as no one else will.

      Pros

      Celebrations of success like no other. The company gives back more then any other company I have worked for, management truly care for the employees. For a company to go out of there way to spend money on programs that help make the business better but your own life as well, I cant thank them enough. Its a great TEAM!

      None, People could always list or say unhappy things but for me, I am employed with benefits.
