The company is growing and it always feels good to be part of something successful. Leaders do a good job of celebrating successes with rewards like casino nights and prize raffles.

Cons

You can tell everyone is scared of the CEO because they spend more time covering their butts and blaming each other than they do fixing problems. Jason Beardall is notorious for flying into attack mode before getting the facts and he is more interested in finding a person to blame than he is in fixing a process.

Fun coworkers. They got me through.

Cons

This job was the worst. They had me working 70-80 hour weeks with no overtime. They would take my carrier off a load and ruin a long-standing relationship just to make an extra $10. Then when that carrier didn't want to work with them again, they'd wonder why. It amazed me! Do yourself a favor and don't bother working here! You'll regret it if you do.
