      Good for short-term employment. Not a good place for someone looking for a career in logistics/brokerage office.

      Pros

      Great people, good training, good introduction to the transportation industry (FYI - you will be held to a non compete agreement). Logistic Coaches and Directors are good leaders. Good place to work if you're okay getting by on 40k a year.

      Cons

      Leadership at the top is disconnected with the day to day operations. El Presidente can be very condescending and is looking for people to nod their heads rather than speak up with good ideas to make improvements. The atmosphere does not reflect an atmosphere of a winning team, the atmosphere feels like the wheels are about to fall off the wagon.

      Pros

      England is a competitive environment that preaches winning. Growing company with opportunity for advancement. Rewards hard work and dedication to the overall mission. The job can be challenging at times, but is also very rewarding. Great career opportunity.

      Cons

      Goals can be very aggressive at times. The health benefits costs continue to increase every year.

      Pros

      You control your own destiny! Goals are aggressive but obtainable. Management cares about employees and pushes each person to get better day in and day out. EL celebrates the successes of the organization very well. We have fun!

      Cons

      Off-site employees do not get to enjoy the perks that come with our awesome facility headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT. Medical benefits are average at best. Not enough marketing to increase brand recognition on the East Coast.
