      Pros

      Job is fast paced, fun, and even exciting at times. LCs and mid management try to help.

      Cons

      The executive board is poor, moral is always low because of the churn and burn attitude. You make less for producing more the longer you are there, and despite the fact that they are aware of it, they refuse to do anything about it. They don't care about the employees and think that we are all replaceable. If you are looking to get started I would search somewhere else. Not a good environment for employees.

      Pros

      As a manager I have had the opportunity to sit in meetings with members of the executive board and even the president himself. Although they have high standards, these leaders genuinely care about employees at all levels and are constantly investing in ways to ensure everyone succeeds. As an organization that is sales focused, it is necessary for all sales employees to be productive and profitable. Without profitability, nobody has a job. England Logistics does a great job establishing expectations and helping all individuals exceed what is required of them. I have been fortunate to advance in this company and have also had the privilege of promoting many more people then I've terminated.

      Cons

      Management/ownership takes a very responsible and conservative approach to building business. If you thrive in personal development, accountability and success then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a fun place that cares more about games and employee perks than financial responsibility, you may have hard time thriving in the culture.

      Pros

      The people are great. There is a great team atmosphere. The Pres. Jason Beardall and the rest of the Directors have an open door policy. England does a lot of things to make work enjoyable. Decent pay with decent commissions. England does well to show appreciation and reward hard work.

      Cons

      Job can be stressful at times with big goals and ramps. You have to have a degree to advance in the company. Health insurance could be a little better.
