Good people that you work with

Not enough money, goals set out of reach, HIGH turn over, inexperienced management, horrible services and very religious based choices. Not enough pay unless on the favorites list and ostracized for not being mormon. Horrible benefits and cost is ridiculous and coverage is horrible. Women rare to move up and usually in an admin role.

not many pros. But it is a high-energy place. I had high hopes, but once I was there a few months and saw how they treated their employees, there weren't many pros.

Cons

They bring you in and have you burn through their Lead Lists, which are mostly garbage Leads. And you are supposed to start hitting your quota right away, which continues to go up each week. They shouldn't start "grading" you on your quota until you've had a few months to build your book of business. And then, since you aren't hitting your quota, they fire you right before you eligible for health benefits.
