      Co-workers are great. 7-4 Monday- Friday shift, great.

      Cons

      Management is a discombobulated mess in the factoring division. Being treated like crap is putting it mildly. Watching co-workers being berated on the center floor is just a hostile work environment. Commitments are not kept. No room for growth or even a career path to be put on.

      great envirionment great for young people not a career if older and not in the good ol boy network

      Cons

      favoritizem not much commision for work required as you get bigger they pay you less Have some rules that not equate to winning business as a sales person you do not have control of the money that you make in commision, that is another departments role. A petty company

      Pros

      Hmmmmm I loved it years ago but I believe I was naive. Too many other better options nowadays.

      Cons

      Work over shift , over weekend zero pay. Vacation approval based on team availability not on seniority. They have their president club trip but none of the capacity team is eligible, they are not worthy evidently.
