      Pros

      The 7-4 culture allows for a better work/life balance, there is flexibility and room to move and grow, celebration and accountability are a big part of their core philosophy, and the office is a fun place to work. Lunches and breakfasts are provided to celebrate promotions and hitting goals, and bonuses are given each period.

      Cons

      Getting up to be at work by 7, sales positions are rewarded and spotlighted more than non-sales positions, no maternity or paternity leave.

      Great work culture and environment. Really great place to get started in a brokerage career.

      While the level of coaching and development is extremely helpful, some interactions can be tedious, redundant, and at time completely unhelpful.

      Internal procedures are not followed and they blame the lowest employees for the failures of the system rather than looking at the entire picture.
