Pros

None whatsoever! This company is a sinking ship and will drive your stress levels through the roof. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this company, there are so many other companies in Utah who will treat their employees well, allow you to work from home, give you raises/bonuses, etc. This company does NONE OF THE ABOVE.

Cons

Despite the image that the CEO of this company fakes in order to make HIMSELF look great, England Logistics is falling apart and treats their employees terribly. There are very few employees who are happy here, yet they are too scared to say so because they will get fired if they suggest anything or speak their minds. Tenured employees are quitting left and right because the executive leaders (specifically the CEO) refuse to listen to employees and make any changes. They are cutting pay, refusing to let people work remote (even though employees have proven to be successful working remote during the pandemic). They are now making all employees work in the office as Covid cases are spreading. Employees are testing positive in huge numbers, yet they won't let their employees work from home. They are endangering their employees and their families health. Meanwhile the CEO of the company gets to work from home, but won't allow his employees to do so. This company could learn from so many other successful companies that are actually listening and adapting to the way the global workforce is trending, but they refuse to do so. Don't waste your time working here, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
