Pros

Great entry level Account Manager opportunities. Sales Leaders are next level. Fast paced company with a lot of mid-level opportunity.

Cons

Executive officers are not involved in the day to day and do not have experience in top level contributor positions. Goals are set from the top without input from sales teams.

Pros

Unlike other companies I've worked for, England Logistics actually lives and breathes it's core values--pretty refreshing. The COACHTeam philosophy has six principles: Career, Open Communication, Accountability, Celebration, Hard Work, and Team. While the Accountability factor may seem intimidating, it's across the board, from entry level positions, all the way to the top. That said, you're given the tools, support and coaching to accomplish what is asked. It's definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but has helped me grow, both personally and professionally. As to teamwork and celebrating, there's also a lot of planned activities, such as Summer Games and dodge ball, which make for a nice break from the work day and allows you to get to know employees from other departments. Work-life balance is also a thing here, which is important to me. It's a 7am-4pm culture, which I love!!

Cons

The only con for me was having come from a company where I had accrued several weeks of PTO and having to rebuild it, took some time. Unless you're one to call in sick a lot or take a lot of time off, it's really not a big deal.
