It's a job and has benefits.
Cons
Entry level pay, despite your background. Benefits are expensive. They don't compensate their employees fairly for the work. It's basically a call center. Way too many meetings. Dead end job. Time off, sick leave and vacation allowance is a joke. Commission percentage is basically crap.
