My favorite part about England Logistics is that here, you are responsible for your own success. You have great people around you that help you figure out what you need to do to be successful but the rest is up to you. You get to be the hero in your story.

Cons

Sales is a high demand job. You have to be able to take rejection with a grain of salt. Early in your career you have to be coachable and learn from mistakes.

My experience with England Logistics is wonderful. They truly gave me a place to learn, develop, grow and flourish. EL cares about people and wants you to succeed. If you have the will and want to be successful, they have the tools to help you achieve that. I came here not knowing what to expect and thinking to stay for a short time. Now, I have grown into positions that never even existed and have truly made a career for myself that I love and care about and cant wait to keep growing.

Cons

It take a little bit of time to work to vacation and there isn't a ton of it, or as much as I was used to at least.
