No college experience required. Free soda. The majority of higher ups are super religious.

Health insurance coverage by the company is only 10%. only 1.5% of 401k Match. Low PTO accrual, below average holidays per year. Rarely any raises, The majority of higher ups are super religious, There is no true learning and development. Plan on figuring out how to improve your own skillset. Below avg salary and commission structure. Top reps are rewarded with a 25 dollar gift for Christmas. Managers drive business by speaking to KPI's because they themselves can't sell, market, or close. Always a what have you done for me lately mentality. Low producers are protected by higher up friendships while high producers are left to leave because of pay and advancement opportunity. My way or the highway management styles. 55% turnover ratio in first year. Anonymous surveys can actually still be calculated to who wrote it.

Pros

Weekly pay and base salary was pretty solid at or above 50K. Decent work life balance

Cons

Lots of favoritism, toxic environment, as long as your doing good they love you. As soon as you have a bad month or your numbers drop you are just a number. Only 2 weeks of vacation time for 52 weeks. The job is tough but if you are just looking for a decent base salary it’s not terrible. Otherwise keep looking because there is better out there.
