      Company Culture, inclusiveness, and work family balance

      Cons

      Bad reputation in the industry. Operations teams do not care about overall client satisfaction, but rather their own stats. Most operations team are outside of the US. Difficult for clients to use the service and to reach any rep for assistance. Constantly dealing with unhappy client emails or phone calls.

      great coworkers fast pace environment always busy!

      Cons

      expectations are way too high for the amount of work given. account managers act like they’re your boss and are always bugging you for updates when you put it in the notes. you get blamed for the driver being late or if there is traffic i felt like i was always working after hours and felt like i wasn’t compensated/recognized for the hard work and time i put in to keep the account managers happy

      Management sucks. They are all very immature they and act like children. No people skills. The people who cannot do they promote.
