Some good people that really do care about you.

Cons

EL management preaches one culture, but then lives by a completely different one. Culture has changed only to hitting archaic daily metrics and leaders are more concerned with hitting that number instead of being people driven and realizing that if you can focus on actual employees best interest the sales will come following that.

Be a part of a TEAM. This is one of our core focuses. You have the ability to build your own book of business and promote based on your own efforts. Untapped commission opportunities. Work hard and see that work rewarded. Solid culture and upper management who cares about your career development. Pretty good benefits, love the earlier work hours, and the work culture is fun! (if you make it fun)

Cons

Not too many. Logistics in general can be a stressful industry, but what you do really matters to the economy. If you're new to the industry there is a steep learning curve, but if you are a quick learner that shouldn't be a problem for you. Company is pretty strict on the work hours 7AM-4PM. So if you like to casually roll in to work each day, or want schedule flexibility, this is not the place for you.
