      Pros

      There aren't a lot of pro's that I could share that are pro.'s. If I had to I'd say the employees grow close together because they share a common enemy there, the senior leadership team.

      Cons

      High Stress, Non-Compete they make you sign in training means you can't work in the transportation industry for a year. Senior leadership team is not out for the good of their employees.

      A lot of the people are great

      Cons

      Extremely limited time off Expensive health insurance Old/outdated equipment and software Old office that occasionally smells like sewage A prerequisite to move up, you basically have to be a married Mormon man Commission structure could be greatly improved Base salary could also be improved. Basically the company is greatly outdated and refuses to grow with the their employees, but rather grow just their own wallets.
