      - Team members, and higher ups maintain a healthy culture. CEOs set the example. - Continuos educations. Lots of resources - L&D department is a plus - Promote work-Life balance - Concern about employees wellbeing

      - Benefits (not clear if they do 401k match) - Insurance is expensive - No Legal Service such as Legal Shield

      Enjoin is a great company with growth for both our employees and our clients.

      Cons

      Since we are a remote company, we don't see one another enough but the company does offer an annual retreat that is a wonderful time to team build and relax.
