      Pros

      Hands down the best company to work for in the industry! The culture, comradery, compensation, and "C Suite" are absolutely amazing! Most important of all, you are not just a number but a truly valued employee.

      That we can't all work together on site .. it would be so much fun.

      Pros

      -The physicians engage in collaborative efforts with the clinical coding analysts. -Enjoin provides continuous education to its employees year-round, providing an abundance of CEU opportunities. -Senior management actively listens to the employees and, when feasible, implements changes to accommodate their requests for improvement.

      Cons

      -PTO max is set at just 3 weeks (120 hours) upon reaching an employee's three-year anniversary. (However, FT employees receive one personal discretionary day per quarter throughout the year, which is highly appreciated!)
