      Pros

      Positive atmosphere, not only between employees but upper management and the front line workers. There is always positive interactions and questions are answered promptly. Enjoin is very empathetic with employees during difficult times and you always feel supported by all management from the bottom to the top reaching out individually. Enjoin makes you feel like you are part of a team, a family and that makes you want to go to work and do your best every day. You also have that work life balance with is few and far between these days :)

      None they are great to work for and with.

      Wonderful company culture--couldn't ask for a better team! There are many brilliant minds behind the scenes at Enjoin (from our leadership to our analysts).

      Pros

      Having worked for only large companies in the past, I was a little nervous about joining a smaller company. However, this company is absolutely amazing and is a true family. Executive Leadership is incredibly involved and supportive and truly cares about their employees and not about the bottom line. It is refreshing not to be known by just an employee ID number. Sometimes, working for a remote company can make you feel detached, but here it's the complete opposite.
